All of the back end work, such as contract administration, client services (who keep everyone, especially you, apprised on the status of your deal), and marketing, are all done by teams of highly specialized people – all of whom are there to support your every need in the sale of your home.
Additionally, your Wexford Estate Agent specializes in a geographical territory that is zip code specific. That way, you are assured that your Estate Agent is truly a neighborhood specialist.
And beyond that, our Estate Agents will never represent both parties in a sale… you wouldn’t hire the same attorney on both sides of a legal dispute – why would you want the same agent to represent you and the buyer in the sale of your home? How could anyone be assured that his or her best interests were primary?
Finally, we’ve adapted a highly efficient business model to the real estate industry, which by the way, is essentially how corporations like Proctor and Gamble, IBM, Apple, Cisco, and AT&T do business, and has been proven far more successful than any traditional real estate model to date. What we don’t understand though, is why others are so slow to take hold of a proven business model, unless of course, it’s in their own best interest… would be an interesting debate at any rate.
The bottom line is, we are able to keep our fees lower than any other real estate franchise in the country – to just 3.5% total commission and no more.
